The video, created by Elaine E’ssential, was filmed by Richmond’s own Virgil Odell of Rockstar Studios and features an expressive jazz freestyle dance by professional dancer Shar Marie, coining it a visual tour de force. “Be OK” is a tribute to the timeless value of positive psychology: the knowledge that we all wear the crowns of royalty, with self-love and empowerment taking a primary role in our lives.
