August 16, 2015 (ATLANTA)-Nine-time Grammy-nominated songstress and newly appointed Design Essentials® national beauty ambassador-- Ledisi-- makes her first appearance at the Bronner Bros. International Hair Show on Sunday, Aug. 16.  In celebration of Design Essentials® 25th Anniversary, Ledisi will be on hand for the following: 

  • Conduct on-stage loc styling session presented by her personal hairstylist Michelle London using Design Essentials® products; 
  • Host a Fan Meet & Greet at the Design Essentials® VIP Lounge; 
  • Host an "Intimate Truth" Empowerment Session, sharing her journey toward self-acceptance, love and success; and 
  • Serve as the guest host for Design Essentials® 25th Anniversary Celebration Gala.

All of the above mentioned Design Essentials® presentations featuring Ledisi will take place at the Design Essentials® Beauty Pavilion located in Theater 2 at the Georgia World Congress Center, Building C, beginning at 3:30pm. 


prior to the start of today's event, there will be an opportunity to participate in a host of mini events,  including a special VIP autograph signing with Ledisi herself, and a chance to meet Michelle London, the woman behind Ledisi's fabulous Locs.

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., July 15, 2015  -- Today Stance announced that Rihanna has joined the brand as a contributing Creative Director and named as a Punk & Poet brand ambassador. As a creative partner, Rihanna will design multiple seasons of her signature women's collection throughout a multi-year partnership with Stance. 

"I've had a great relationship with Stance for a long time and ‎I am happy to be working with them on such a fun and creative project," said Rihanna. "This is an exciting new venture."

To celebrate the kick-off of the relationship, Stance has released two limited edition styles in a print called Murder Rih Wrote. Both styles are 3-of-a-kind sets, meaning there are 3 socks in the set, each with slightly different graphics that make for a mix and match collection. 

The first limited edition style, in which Rihanna is pictured, is a combed cotton over-the-knee silhouette. The second is the Murder Rih Wrote crew sock which is available in both men's and women's sizes. Each crew set is individually numbered, making it a true collector's piece, with only 1,500 sets produced. Both styles are available now exclusively at

The Cleveland Browns revealed their new and revamped look by displaying nine different color combinations with nine different current Browns, which consists of notable players such as hometown heroes Donte Whitner and newly acquired wideout Brian Hartline.  The players ranged in size going from the 5'8" Taylor Gabriel to the 6'7" Joe Thomas.  With a fan base that hasn't had much to cheer for in years, the Cleveland Browns organization hope to change the perception around the NFL as being one of the league's most down trodden organizations with a fresh new image and outlook in hopes that in some capacity it also aids in a positive direction going forward.  Here's a closer look at them

Musical artist Joy Villa is preparing for the opportunity if a lifetime. After having commanded the red carpet at the 2015 Grammy Awards, Villa is now gearing up to walk at LA Fashion Week. She will be modeling yet another dress from Andre Soriano. 

Andre Soriano crafted the Orange snow fence dress that had everyone chattering. One who believes in individuality, Villa enjoyed and soaked it all in. She'll now be wearing another creation by the designer for LA Fashion week. 


Adding to the honor of walking in the show, Villa will also be performing her new single, Vagabonds. The single is featured on her newly released EP, "I Make the Static"!
